Teacher: Sr. Kindergarten
Appointed 2001
A coworker from my previous job recommended St. George to me. He raved about the academics and family-like atmosphere. As a parent of a newborn (2001) I was looking for a place where my child, husband, and I could set roots in a community. Ever since that first day I walked in the office, I felt a sense of belonging. I knew this was a place for my family to grow and prosper.
I am one of a family of five children. I grew up in El Paso, Texas for most of my life, until my father was offered a job in San Antonio. That is when we moved and became San Antonians! My interests are in the fine arts, such as musicals, plays, the visual arts and poetry. I also love science, especially animal science.
As a teacher, I bring a love of teaching and especially a love of learning to the classroom.
