Director of Advancement

Appointed in 2006

The moment I stepped on campus and walked the parameters I knew this was where God wanted me to be. When Mr. Devlin heard of my plans to return to San Antonio, he invited me to join the administrative team. The first of August 2006, I was walking around the campus and a staff member called my name. As we approached each other, she put down the box she was carrying, gave me a hug, and told me how she had been praying for me since she heard I was joining the staff. Her actions sealed the deal that I was where God wanted me. The strong community spirit at St. George undergirds me as I continue planning and building a strong advancement program for St. George that will be the foundation for us to preserve the traditions and excellence of the school, continue to develop opportunities for our faculty and students, and honor God.

As an administrator, I bring to St. George my organizational skills and fundraising experience — an important element for institutions like St. George. My joy is to be involved in an event or activity, see it fulfilled and start improving it for the next time.

Some of my passions include long walks, traveling, reading, and crochet.
